Because performance eyewear should be built with trust. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only, when bought from an authorized Ivalens seller.

Warranty details
Valid only when purchased from an authorized Ivalens seller and supported with a valid invoice or purchase proof.
Frame manufacturing defect
Cracks, weak joints, or structural defects present due to production fault
Lens coating defect
Mirror coating peeling or abnormal coating damage without misuse
Hinge defect
Loose or faulty hinges caused by manufacturing issue
Nose pad defect
Nose pad coming off due to poor fitting or manufacturing fault
Temple/side arm defect
Side arm looseness or fitting issue due to manufacturing fault
Lens fitting defect
Lens popping out because of frame fitting issue, not due to impact
Color/finish defect
Unusual peeling, bubbling, or finish defect under normal use
Damage caused by regular use, accident, mishandling, or improper care is not covered.
Scratches on lenses
Scratches from wiping, dust, dropping, or storage without case
Accidental breakage
Product broken by falling, sitting, bending, or crushing
Impact damage
Damage during sports, crash, collision, or hard hit
Heat damage
Keeping sunglasses in car dashboard, direct heat, or near flame
Chemical damage
Damage from perfume, sanitizer, hair spray, alcohol, cleaning chemicals
Water/sweat negligence
Not cleaning after heavy sweat, salt water, or pool water exposure
Normal wear and tear
Fading, minor looseness, small marks from daily usage
Unauthorized repair
Product repaired, altered, or modified outside Ivalens support
Loss or theft
Missing product, lost case, or stolen sunglasses
Always store them in the protective case.
Clean lenses only with a microfiber cloth.
Avoid wiping lenses when dry and dusty.
Do not use sanitizer, alcohol, soap, or harsh chemicals on the lenses.
Avoid leaving sunglasses inside a hot car or under direct heat.
Rinse gently with clean water after heavy sweat or outdoor use, then dry with microfiber cloth.

Product photo/video showing the issue
Warranty card details
Your name, phone number, and purchase location
Warranty approval is subject to product inspection by Ivalens. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired or replaced as per company policy.
