Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been packed or shipped.
• To cancel an order, please email us at support@ivalens.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8178988457 with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of contact lenses and optical products, returns are only accepted if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ivalens.com with photos of the product and packaging. Approved return requests will receive a replacement or credit note as per eligibility.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock after payment.
• A valid cancellation is made before shipment.
• The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Opened or used contact lenses.
• Lens care solutions and sprays once unsealed.
• Any product damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
